Blome YVH Pty Ltd is the distributor for aj-blomesystem's LIMS software blomesystem and readyLIMS® .blomesystem was formerly known as Infolab. We focus on bringing the LIMS software tool blomesystem and the off the shelf LIMS readyLIMS®, developed by aj-blomesystem, to the Australian and Asian markets. blomesystem has gone through many years of development and is now in it's version 8.
We distribute the LIMS software tool blomesystem, which was conceived particularly for application within the areas of Laboratory Management and Quality Control. The DOS version, introduced in 1987, allowed the computer novice, after an appropriate training period, to maintain applications developed with blomesystem independently of a third party company. This was followed by a windows based system in 1996. Development of the software is on going based on customer feed back and advances in technology.
Mile stones
- 1984: Beginning of the Labase Tool development under DOS
- In 1984 Karl Blome KG began development of a software tool for laboratory information and quality control. The concept of the system was that it should be industry independent. With this tool trained laboratory personnel should be able to create complex LIMS applications on their own after a training course. The creation of data base structures, masks, reports etc. should be able to take place without the employment of a programming language.
- 1987: Beginning of the first Labbase distribution under DOS. Within 5 years our tool was used by over 250 companies in Germany and abroad to develop applications of different complexity and size.
- An English version of LABbase with name blomesystem is used internationally in Australia, Singapore, China and other countries of Southeast Asia.
- 1992: YVH Technology was founded in Australia to market blomesystem(Labbase) in Australia and Asia.
- 1996: First release of the blomesystem Windows version
- 2011: Release of the German version of readyLIMS
